The operation panel is installed above the measuring head and used for parameter setting of data display. There are two rows of digital tubes, which can display two groups of data and adjust the angle arbitrarily. The remote controller is mainly used for automatic control. It receives the diameter value, deviation value and other data of the caliper through synchronous serial port and 485 communication. The remote controller of the measuring instrument manufacturer calculates and generates PID adjustment signal through the received data to control the rotation speed of the tractor, thereby controlling the wire diameter.
