Product characteristics of measuring instrument

The output interface of the measuring instrument includes one 485 communication interface and two synchronous serial ports. The data of the caliper can be transmitted to the upper PC or the remote controller through the 485 read-through interface; Through the synchronous serial port, the operation panel, remote controllers and remote displays of various sizes can be connected to realize remote control and display. The operation panel is installed above the measuring head and used for parameter setting of data display. There are two rows of digital tubes, which can display two groups of data and adjust the angle arbitrarily. The remote controller is mainly used for automatic control. It receives the diameter value, deviation value and other data of the caliper through synchronous serial port and 485 communication. The remote controller of the measuring instrument manufacturer calculates and generates PID adjustment signal through the received data to control the rotation speed of the tractor, thereby controlling the wire diameter.
