During on-line operation, dust particles will gather and deposit on the surface of the window glass of the optical ruler and the light emitter, so it needs to be cleaned. The cleaning frequency depends on the pollution degree, operation mode and other operating conditions of the equipment.

If the reading of the cross-section of the measured object on the information display screen is intermittent, disappears and unstable, the software will send a pollution alarm, indicating that the optical surface may be contaminated and needs to be cleaned in time.

When cleaning, turn off the power supply of the equipment, remove the protective cover, and use a special cleaning cloth to wipe the surface of the optical ruler and the light emitter glass. After cleaning, no calibration is required.

Safety precautions

The safety requirements for the use of laser radiation source shall be observed during use. It is strictly prohibited to remove the cover of the equipment when the power supply of the equipment is turned off to avoid injury to human eyes; Meanwhile, relevant strong current safety installation requirements must be observed.

During the use of the equipment, it is necessary to pay attention to the operation state of the measured object, and avoid the occurrence of large-scale shaking and jumping. If it occurs, it should be adjusted timely to avoid affecting the accuracy of the measurement
