1. The system error of the laser measuring instrument itself.
When a caliper is assembled, adjusted and calibrated, its error has been determined. As long as the components in the caliper are not loose or adjusted, the error is basically unchanged.
2. The measurement error is mainly caused by the placement or pulsation of the measured object.
① Inclination of measured object
If the axis of the measured object is perpendicular to the scanning plane. The measurement accuracy is not affected as long as the measured object is within the measurement area. If the axis of the measured object is not perpendicular to the scanning plane and there is an inclination angle, when the inclination angle is small, the error is small. Therefore, during installation, the measured object shall be vertically passed through the center of the measurement area as much as possible.
② Measured object runout
The general runout will not affect the measurement accuracy, but when the frequency of vibration exceeds the measurement frequency, an error will occur. When the jumping direction is consistent with the scanning direction, it is a positive error, and when it is opposite, it is a negative error, and the magnitude of the error is related to the amplitude and speed of the vibration. In practice, the error caused by jitter is very small.
