Measurement function

The on-line measuring instrument is an automatic testing equipment. After setting the basic parameters, click Start measurement, and you can see that as the cable production advances, the testing data of the cable caliper also changes. The size within the tolerance value belongs to the normal fluctuation standard. When the testing value exceeds the tolerance value, the display data turns red, accompanied by red light and buzzer. Therefore, in the process of use, the operator does not need to stare at the display interface of the caliper in real time. In case of disqualification, the caliper will naturally give a prompt.

control function 

The measuring instrument mainly controls the outer diameter dimension by controlling the speed of the tractor or the extruder. It is a closed-loop control system, and is controlled while measuring. Each detection data will be compared with the nominal value. When the measured value is larger than the nominal value, control the tractor to speed up or control the extruder to reduce the speed; If the measured value is smaller than the nominal value, control the tractor to reduce the speed or control the extruder to increase the speed. Each data is transmitted to the control system for control, so that the cable size is infinitely close to the nominal value, ensure the product quality and reduce the wire diameter fluctuation.

Through the actual use of multiple cable production lines, it can be found that the wire diameter after use is closer to the nominal value than that before use, and the unqualified products are greatly reduced.
