1. Purpose and scope
This equipment is used to calculate the routing length and speed of cables and semi-finished cables, and display the outer diameter and ellipticity of cables during on-line production. At the same time, it has the feedback control function for extruders and other equipment. The counter is equipped with a set of interfaces, including wireless interfaces, to ensure communication with the computer, synchronize data, and use the specified equipment.
This equipment is suitable for operation under the ambient climate conditions of - 25 ° C to 55 ° C in the workshop.

3. Work preparation and procedures
3.1 equipment installation
"Pulse counter si-04" shall be installed at a proper position in the workshop. The connecting cable between the interface of the equipment and other equipment and the client computer (host control display, etc.) shall be at least 0.5m away from the power cable of the strong current equipment. It is recommended to place the equipment at a position convenient for observation; After installation, power the equipment through the power adapter.
3.2 usage settings
Before starting the equipment for the first time, correct parameters must be set in the equipment settings. These parameters will be saved in the independent memory of the device, and there is no need to re-enter them.
The buttons "<" and ">" are cyclic change modes. The modes are divided into "count", "speed", "reset" and "programming". Each time the buttons "<" and ">" are pressed, the leftmost indicator lights up accordingly.
The buttons "-" and "+" are used to edit the value displayed on the digital display screen. According to the setting status of the counter, the buttons include two functions. Press the button and lift it immediately to change to the next mode. If the button is pressed and held, the data will be changed automatically from the first mode. When the "-" or "+" button is pressed, each time the opposite button (respectively "+" or "-") is pressed, it will increase or decrease inversely.
