Operating principle of equipment

The working principle of the equipment is based on the illumination projection method. The shadow of the measured object is projected on the optical ruler and is processed in the memory of the equipment to determine the position and size of the measured object irradiated by the luminous flux.

A new high-speed sizing method is implemented to determine the shape deviation. Without loss of measurement quality, the scanning frequency is 2500 Hz, and the fixed time of parameters will not exceed 100 nanoseconds, which can ensure the stability of readings under all conditions of existing traction speed and measured core wire.

The working area for measurement is a circle with a diameter of 50mm. The center of the measured object shall be as close as possible to the center of the working area. This condition shall be met during installation and use. In order to facilitate the work, the length and width of the measured object can be accurately displayed on the screen of the visualization device.

It is connected with external equipment through RS-485 or PROFIBUS DP interface (optional) to supply power and transmit data to the equipment. The dimension measurement value is transmitted through the interface conversion unit.

Work preparation and procedures

The "R36 measuring head" is installed at the proper position of the workshop production line through a special support. It is recommended that the support base be fixed to the workshop floor through a suitable way; The connecting cable between the interface of the equipment and the computer (host control display, etc.) shall be at least 0.5m away from the power cable of the strong current equipment. The information display equipment is usually installed in the workplace convenient for the operation of employees; After installation, power the equipment through the power adapter.

Use settings

The equipment is shipped after calibration, and only the power supply and signal line need to be connected when it is used online. If the pulse counter is also ordered, it can be directly connected. If not ordered, you need to install the special setting and monitoring software that comes with the product on the customer's computer.
