The laser measuring instrument is a professional equipment for automatic, high-speed, high-precision and non-contact detection of round bar and wire on the steel production line by laser scanning. It can realize non-interference measurement for various bar and wire, rebar, ribbed bar and large-diameter bar and wire. Therefore, it is a non-contact instrument, so it is also very suitable for product measurement under high temperature and dynamic conditions. By adjusting the relevant parameters of the production equipment, the closed loop of the production line is realized, the product quality is controlled, and the raw materials are saved.
The following points shall be paid attention to when using laser during production:
1. Do not look directly at the laser with your eyes to avoid damage to human eyes;
2. Working environment temperature: 0 ~ 45 ℃
3. Air humidity in use of laser measuring instrument: 35-85% RH (no condensation)
4. The signal line and power line of the laser measuring instrument shall be laid separately;
5. Please keep the measuring window clean and dust-free. You can use the special cleaning paper for lens dipped in anhydrous alcohol to remove it;
6. The laser measuring instrument belongs to precision equipment, please avoid vibration during handling and installation;
7. The optical components of the laser measuring instrument are sealed and cannot be disassembled or contaminated.
Measuring principle of laser measuring instrument: the left and right boxes are equipped with high-speed rotating HeNe laser transmitter and laser receiver. The laser beam emitted by the laser transmitter is processed by a group of lenses to become parallel light. As long as the workpiece blocks the beam, a signal is generated on the receiver. The signal is transmitted to the special computer processor through the optical and electrical sensor to read the measured diameter value, roundness runout and other parameters
Laser scanning measurement technology makes use of the excellent focus characteristics of laser light source and the principle of fast flying point light scanning measurement to realize the precise measurement of geometric parameters such as diameter and thickness. Its application system is an important technical means to implement non-contact precision measurement and control.
